We collect the following data in a log file when you access our website.
The type of browser and version of the browser you are using, the operating system used, the webpages of Koob GmbH und Co. KG’s website that are accessed, the controlled subpages of the website of Koob GmbH und Co. KG (IP address), and the Internet service provider, and any comparable data.
Koob GmbH und Co. KG uses this data to be able to provide access to the website, to identify and rectify any technical problems that may arise and to prevent, and prosecute any misuse of the offer on Koob GmbH und Co. KG’s homepage, if necessary. At the same time, Koob GmbH und Co. ‘Temporary cookies’ are used in certain instances. Cookies are tiny text files that are stored on the user’s data media and that exchange certain data and a specific setting with Koob GmbH und Co. This website is made available by way of contract data processing by www.youunique-design.de as the technical service provider. Personal data shall not be stored and processed beyond the scope outlined in this declaration. The aforesaid service provider has been carefully selected and meets high data protection and data security standards. The service provider is committed to confidentiality and will only process the data on behalf of Koob GmbH und Co. KG and following the latter’s instructions.
Except for the instances set out in this data protection declaration, the service provider will only pass on data to third parties, without the user’s explicit consent, if Koob GmbH und Co. KG is obliged to do so by law or based on Koob GmbH und Co. KG’s instructions.
4. Site of data storage
Unless explained elsewhere in this data protection declaration, personal data is only processed in computer centres, which come under the jurisdiction of the European Protection Regulation 95/46/EU, and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, with effect from 25.05.2018.
5. Storage period
Personal data will be deleted, if knowledge is no longer required for the purposes described in this data protection declaration and statutory requirements do not stipulate a lengthier storage period.
6. User rights
The user and all other persons, who may be affected by the data processing by Koob GmbH und Co. KG, are entitled to information about the personal data stored by Koob GmbH und Co. KG, and for each of the statutory requirements, the right to rectify, erase and limit processing or object to processing.
With effect from 25.05.2018 (applicability of the General European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679), users of the Koob GmbH und Co. KG website and possibly further persons affected further have the right to receive the personal data they provided, in a structured, common format that can be read mechanically.
